Lunch: Potato gnocchi with pumpkin, spinach, pine nuts and ricotta. Except there were no pine nuts, which would have really improved it. It was ok, I didn’t realise it had a creamy sauce though - not a fan of cream sauces. I ate about half. A farewell lunch for a colleague. Also had a skinny latte.
Snack: Yoplait Forme field berries yogurt. This kept me away from the Kit Kats. My uterus hurts.
Snack: Jarrah Chocolatte and Weight Watchers ginger kiss bar. I know this is a bit repetitive but I have boxes of both these things in my work drawer.
Breakfast: Special K Advantage with skim milk and half a banana
Hmmm… well I kept forgetting to take photos yesterday! Let’s just say there was chocolate, chocolate and Nandos. And chocolate. Bah. Here’s to a better day today.
Forgot to take a photo this morning, but breakfast was a bowl of those high fibre bites, brown sugar and cinnamon flavour. Despite the name, they’re actually quite low in sugar.
I still hate the world but will hopefully avoid eating my feelings today. I am going to a Tupperware party tonight though, and there’s going to be Toblerone dip.
Dinner: Toastie with egg, lean ham, light cheese and bbq sauce and a can of Sprite Zero. I feel like crap and this is comforting.
Snack: Sweet chilli Grain Waves and sour worms. I had a shit day and did some emotional eating. Also had a muesli bar, not pictured.
Snack: Dry-roasted almonds and cashews. Dry-roasted almonds might be one of the best foods in the whole world.
Lunch: Tinned minestrone soup with a tin of tomato and chilli tuna, and a pink lady apple. I underestimated the spice in that tuna, my mouth is on fire! Pink lady is a superior apple to all other apples. And they’ve been really good this year.
Snack: Weight Watchers ginger kiss bar and a Jarrah Chocolatte, dark belgian flavour. These are pretty good until you remember the dark hot chocolate from the Lindt cafe which was literally melted chocolate and warm milk.
Breakfast: Special K Advantage and some high fibre bite things. Pretty good.
Dessert: Mini berry & apple pie with light ice cream. About 200 calories all up, pretty good way to enjoy pie I reckon!
Dinner: lamb ‘hot pot’. First time trying this recipe, it wasn’t a total success. The vegies were pretty good but I used a crap cut of lamb, there was hardly any meat on it. Oh well.
Drink: Bundaberg Diet Lemon Lime & Bitters. This isn’t completely sugar free, which means it doesn’t have that aspartamey taste to it. It’s got about 30 calories for the bottle. Love this stuff! I should put vodka in it..
